Let me preface this by saying that I don't leave negative reviews, however in this instance I believe it is warranted. We were contacted by chevy to buy back our truck. A personal situation that requires us reviews, however in this instance I believe it is warranted. We were contacted by chevy to buy back our truck. A personal situation that requires us to move abroad for a sick family member allowed us to be open to this offer. Our sales rep. gave us a deal on the buy back and lease that seemed favorable to both parties, albeit we were aware that we were losing money on the truck. When we arrived at the dealership it was explained to us, by a different sales rep. (Dominic was out of office) that the loaner vehicle we would be leasing already had 2k miles on it and that meant we had 8k left even though we were paying for 10k miles a year. If we wanted the full 10k miles, we would have to pay extra...having driven under the minimums previously we decided not to pay extra. This was the first red flag that was not communicated up front and quite frankly had no bearing on our mileage usage of the vehicle considering we didn't put 2k on the loaner lease. Next when we were inside going over the deal, I had asked about the buy back of the truck. In my initial conversations with Dominic there was no mention that the difference between the truck loan and the buy back offer would be used as a down payment for the lease. We were specifically told that it was first month down for the lease only. This was the second red flag in which we believe we were mislead and would have had to infer and decipher the offer to understand that the buy back of the truck was included in the lease - not only would this not have been a fair offer, it was shocking to hear onsite as we under a different impression. Daniel came out and offered us a higher monthly payment for the lease in order to pay us the difference between the truck loan and offer. We moved forward with this although in hindsight we should have walked out. The next morning we received a text from a sales rep asking if we wanted our dash cam back that was in the truck. I said yes but was told that if I wanted it back I would have to pay for it to be uninstalled. The cost for it to be uninstalled was 50% more than the cost I paid to have it installed initially by the same dealership and was more than the cost of the camera. He then told me that they were taking it out ANYWAY but if I wanted it, I would still have to pay the service fee. I found this interaction to be absolutely abhorrent. This entire interaction doesn't align with the Ciocca promise to be, "completely satisfied with the process surrounding your purchase. Our goal is to ensure that you're so pleased with your experience that you call on us again the next time you or your loved ones need to buy a vehicle." We went back to this dealership specifically because our purchase of the truck in 2022 was a good experience. However this most recent interaction was tainted by deceptive and misleading sales practices and a lack of courtesy. Chevy has been our household brand since my dad bought a Camaro in the 60s, to my mom having a line of trailblazers, to my brothers having trucks, Novas, and Chevelles, etc., to I, myself having 4 GM vehicles. It sincerely disappoints me to say that this experience has turned me off from the brand altogether. More

Purchasing a pre-owned Chevrolet Equinox LT from Ciocca Chevrolet in Quakertown was an absolutely positive experience. Let me begin by stating that I live on Long Island and that there certainly a lot of Chevrolet in Quakertown was an absolutely positive experience. Let me begin by stating that I live on Long Island and that there certainly a lot of Chevy dealers between myself and Ciocca, 162 miles away. Why did I purchase from Ciocca? From the moment I made contact with their online sales department (Keila) I was immediately comfortable. The price was the price and that was the price. The only thing additional was a document fee and that was it, plus tax and tags of course. No dealer prep fee, no mandatory window etching, etc etc. I had some further questions which required Sam to jump in, and he was awesome. When I arrived after a lengthy commute (Amtrak to Ardmore) the dealership sent someone to pick me up so as to avoid a costly Uber fare. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles and the car was exactly as promised/advertised online. We were very particular about the type of Equinox we were looking for and this one checked all the boxes, especially with very low mileage. There was absolutely no-upsell or pushiness on anything, including the extended warranty- which I brought up and and where I found their pricing to be incredible. From arrival time at the dealership I was fully wrapped in about 90 minutes, including the test drive. My only regret about dealing with Ciocca Chevrolet is that I do not live closer where I can take advantage of all of the benefits they include when you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my time and Ciocca is easily ranked at the very top in terms of overall satisfaction. More
