I purchased a $2300 maintenance contract after paying $100 for an oil change. The dealership should have discounted the price I paid for the service contract by the $100. I know the Service Rep cannot $100 for an oil change. The dealership should have discounted the price I paid for the service contract by the $100. I know the Service Rep cannot make that decision, he should have asked the GM Abe if he could apply the $100 discount. Not blaming the service Rep Daniel, he was a pleasure to work with. More
