This was a terrible experience. My car was there over a week and no one contacted me one way or another even though they said they would. I had to call them 3 different times to get My car was there over a week and no one contacted me one way or another even though they said they would. I had to call them 3 different times to get the status. When they finally were able to give me a estimate for the work, they asked me for the last 4 digits of my social security number. When I wasn't willing to give them that they said I had to physically come in to sign off on it. I decided to take it elsewhere. When I asked for the estimate they had givene on the phone in writing, they hand wrote. Never once apologized for never getting back to me. Terrible customer service! More

Such a great place to service your car. The staff is so polite and friendly. The work is done in a timely manner. They are very hospitable while you wait. Now Chevrolet's turn, experienced the same feeling of family they go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction whether it be with sales or service dept. Erik Hibbarb in sales and Dan Melton in service both top marks in my book. Mylinh Nguyen always checking via email or phone to see how thing are going and that I am satisfied. In fact all the staff at Les Stanford are very customer focused. More
