Overall good, BUT customer service improvements needed Since our truck wasn't able to be delivered on Sunday when we had purchased it (because it had to go back into the shop to complete work that needed t Since our truck wasn't able to be delivered on Sunday when we had purchased it (because it had to go back into the shop to complete work that needed to be done) we were not able to take delivery until the next Monday. I had to go out of town so my wife had to go over to pick up the truck. When she did, it was unorganized. The sales representative initially couldn't tell her what had been fixed in the shop, the fuel tank was only a third full, and about half way home she realized that the temporary license had not been placed in the back window. As far as sales representatives go: Daniel was the ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and helped resolve the issues on the delivery day. Brenden was always polite but he should be more responsive to the customer's phone calls and notifying when the vehicle would be available. More
