This car dealership is a joke. My jeep compass 2020 has been in the shop for a month. The transmission, engine, alternator, corveoir was damaged. This dealership sold my husband and I a lemon. This deale been in the shop for a month. The transmission, engine, alternator, corveoir was damaged. This dealership sold my husband and I a lemon. This dealership is unprofessional. The sales rep, the owner, the managers, the service department are horrible. They expect us to pay a car note. They expect you to be pleased with their services. They are being reported to Channel 7 and the Better business bureau. We will be consulting lawyers and channel 7. They have no remorse for selling us a lemon. WE deserve a brand new vehicle. This entire dealership is horrible. This is unacceptable. It will not be in your best interest to go to this dealership. We are paying parking fees, insurance taxes on a rental vehicle. We don't deserve this type of service at all. NO one has reached out to us. NO one has kept in touch with the service of the vehicle. We have been inconvienece. We are not receiving any help or support from the dealership. RJ, the manager or George, the salesman, have not helped me and they have not communicated effectively. More

So you guys advertise picking up my vehicle for service. So I scheduled last week for my vehicle to be picked up at 745 on 1-15-2021. No one ever came or called. I phoned 6 times and each time I was placed on hold and then told they were understaffed.. at no time was I allowed to speak to a service advisor. I’m highly disappointed. More

Went in for oil change and the next day had a pool of oil under my vehicle. Went back after finding and photographing the pool of oil to fix. Said it was fixed and again pool of oil under vehicle. Had to take to original dealership who said oil plug gasket was missing. And dirty oil. More

Dealer charges tax before rebates which is wrong you pay on full prices! Wont knock any other incentives off and tries to sell you other package crap.
