We had an awesome experience e from Beginning to end - my first contact was via internet with a call from Dumitru- about my inquiry for a grand Highlander. This was anything but- we actually bought without driving. We scheduled a date and time for pick up. He kept in constant contact letting me know if the car arrival - I also had a few question here and there and he answers On his day off! Customer sec is was outstanding - the paper work was ready when we arrived. He also offered financing but not pushy about it either - so o went with their financing and they were lower than my credit union by a quarter percent! This was probably one of most enjoyable experience buying a car - I will use him I the near future for my kids vehicle! More
