Services refuses to provide loaner on 2012 Passat with clock spring recall the car is not drivable. By law they are required to. Giving me the run around. Says they don't have any loaners. Don't waist your time or have your credit ran unnecessarily. I came to the dealership with a pre-approval from Capital One to look at one specific vehicle. I was greeted warmly and was very inter unnecessarily. I came to the dealership with a pre-approval from Capital One to look at one specific vehicle. I was greeted warmly and was very interested in the vehicle the gave me a price and I agreed to it since it was close to closing we agreed that I would come back Monday to finish off the paperwork instead what happened they RAN my wife's and my credited a total of 10 TIMES which they on said they would run it once! Although I was pre-approved through Capital One. I called before I went there and David told me that the manager was off and that he would be off on Tuesday I told him if I could come in Wednesday and he said thursday would be better. I called Thursday in the morning David assured me that the inspection was done and everything was ready to go. And I want a half later as you can see in a text messages they "sold" the vehicle to someone. I spoke to a sales manager Dan and he assured me that he would correct the situation and call me back it's been over a week and I have not received a call. Don't waist your time. As you can see on the screenshot I have left several reviews and several businesses and always giving my honest opinion. So as per my opinion this is a bad business the conducts bad business practices. More

Shame you can’t give zero stars. Between the GM Dan and salesman John I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They lie threw their teeth and when confronted about anything they refuse to ta salesman John I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They lie threw their teeth and when confronted about anything they refuse to take or return calls Car has many issues and had to go over their head directly to Volkswagen were a formal complaint was filed against this dealership Too many VW dealers out there to subject yourself to deal with these kind of people. This is my 3rd VW and probably won’t be our last but we will definitely be steering clear of OakLawn VW. More
