We made an offer on a used car on Saturday 9/7. The salesman (Daniel) said he could not do it. On our way home he called and said he could knock another $1,000 off the price (leaving us $500 apar The salesman (Daniel) said he could not do it. On our way home he called and said he could knock another $1,000 off the price (leaving us $500 apart). He called us again on Sunday to see if we wanted to buy it. I reaffirmed our price. He called back 10 minutes later and said they could do it! We filled out an on-line credit application from home right away. We did not hear anything all day Monday. We called Monday night and we were told the finance person was on the phone and she would call us as soon as she got off the phone. No call. We called the salesman who assured us he would look into it and get back to us. No call. We heard nothing again on Tuesday. We called back Wednesday around 4 pm and were told by the salesman that "oh yeah" I should have called you. We umm sold the car on Monday I think". I asked to speak with the sales manager and wanted his name. He told me he was with a customer and would call me back. I again, asked for the sales managers name. He would not give it to me. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life! We had a deal and were "ghosted" by the salesman and the finance department. My mother has bought several cars from this dealership in the past. Mr. Tasca should be embarrassed by the way his current sales staff treats customers! More

Very poor financial person lousy interest offer and hard sell on extended warranty probably would try and sell me the Brooklyn bridge also if I let him. . After returning to speak about this we spoke with Jay and came to a much better deal with Jay, it was a joy. Dan was excellent as our Salesman. More
