Fantastic Sales, Service and the Best SUV on the roads today ( this review might be redundant my apologies I wrote a review three days ago and it has not shown up in any review for the Subaru Superstore in Chan ( this review might be redundant my apologies I wrote a review three days ago and it has not shown up in any review for the Subaru Superstore in Chandler Arizona so here goes ) We walked in to the dealership expecting a stressful experience and walked out smiling and anticipating driving a new Subaru Forester. Daniele Falls our Sales representative was wonderful ...caring , knowledgeable , professional... we became instant friends. After much research I went to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted in a new SUV ..Daniel Falls with the patience of Job matched me with a 2019 Forester Limited which was loaded with all the safety features I had researched and wanted in my new vehicle he knew exactly what my needs were ... I can’t say enough about Daniel Falls.. .. by the way my husband and I are Ford people .. have been our adult lives and I’m 70 ! We went to Subaru because that’s where my research led us and Daniel Falls closed the deal...Excellent Sales Person ! Day two Daniel took us on a test drive , day three I drove my new Forester home. The Subaru superstore in Chandler Arizona was spotless , a bright and friendly atmosphere ,very comfortable a lovely seating area with refreshments including cookies ... The Staff from Customer Service, Reception , the Store Manager , the Financial Manager, everyone made us feel very comfortable and at ease ... it truly was a pleasurable experience doing business with the Subaru superstore staff which to my amazement will continue because they have offered classes to help me fully understand how to operate especially the new safety features in the Forester and have already made an appointment to have a one on one training .....Follow up, caring people ....Happy buyer...me! Will continue to Review as I take the Forester in for Service More

The Paragon of Car Dealerships and Sales Have never had such a great experience shopping for and buying a car. I went to several dealerships and test drove different makes and models before contacting Daniel Falls at the Chandler Subaru Superstore regarding the CrossTrek. The 2017 models did not have the color (orange!) I was hoping for, so I waited for the 2018 models to arrive. Unlike one dealer near my home, Daniel gave me the space & time to find just the right car: 2018 CrossTrek in Sunshine Orange with a moonroof and all the latest safety features. The car is perfect for my lifestyle. The dealership is bright, clean and conveniently located near the 202 freeway. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional, and have been extremely helpful with the purchase, explaining the car's many features, and the introduction to their service department. More

Overall, the staff at Chandler Subaru Superstore were effective in getting me the vehicle of my choice. One little hickup, towards the end of the purchasing process, after having had been informed of the nuts and bolts of the loan, upon the signing of documents I was surprised to see a different interest rate than what I had been provided with initially. I mentioned this to the finance maganger I was working with and she promptly corrected the documents and we were able to move right along. This was a bit concerning, because I am not sure if this was an honest mistake or intentional. Either way it was corrected which is all I wanted. I'm not very experienced in purchasing vehicles, but my experience at Chandler Subaru taught me that it is important to have a good salesperson guiding the process. Mr. Charlie Webb was just that. He is an exceptional salesman, if you have a choice I would go with him. He didn't have to be as informative or patient as he was. It was the end of a long hot day and he maintained his professional demeanor throughout the three to four hours I was there. He was able to provide me with facts about an issue I asked him about concerning the vehicle I was interested in. This provided me with great peace of mind and actually was the sole reason I ended up purchasing the vehicle. It was unfortunate to see that another salesman was also listed on the paperwork as having partial part in the sale. This salesman did nothing for me aside from allow me to test drive the vehicle. So, Mr. Webb was also doing all he could for me knowing very well he would not get all the credit for the sale. That in itself says it all. More
