I've been purchasing and leasing cars from Fletcher Jones since they opened. My general experience has always been very good to excellent. They are a busy dealership so understand, even when you are purcha since they opened. My general experience has always been very good to excellent. They are a busy dealership so understand, even when you are purchasing $150,000 cars, that you may have to wait. You may have your car that you were negotiating on not be there when you arrive after driving 2.5 hours, or sold while you are doing your deal with your sales rep. But in the end, Fletcher Jones is the best in the country with the biggest selection. Our local dealership (and I live in one of the biggest cities in the country) has almost no cars on the lot. It looks like an abandoned airfield. For a few of Mercedes' models, there are simply no cars available, so purchasing a used one is the only viable route. I have never purchased a used car before so I had the typical concerns. Fletcher Jones offers Platinum Certified Pre-owned distinction which adds another year to the four-year warranty and puts their cars through a 200 point (versus 160 point) check. So all of this is great. But if you are lucky enough to work with a really good sales representative like I was on my last visit, Fletcher Jones becomes the only choice for purchasing or leasing a new or used Mercedes.
