What a run around Daniel gave us. Things that were discussed at closing time for the purchase of car were not followed through. Texting customers is UNPROFESSIONAL when things need to be discussed. When you ask for someone to call you, and YOU still have to call them. Management is very unprofessional and non compliant. All the texts from MULTIPLE #,s I have as proof for discussions that were made, will be going to an attorney if these issues are not addressed. Matt is very unprofessional!!! We put gas in loaner, and they returned my car on EMPTY!! I could go on and on. More
