I drove from 5 hours away to purchase a very specific unit from their used car department. I called in and asked to speak to a manager because of the drive - I wanted to ensure the truck would still be unit from their used car department. I called in and asked to speak to a manager because of the drive - I wanted to ensure the truck would still be available upon my arrival, that's when I first interacted with Derek S. Derek S. ensured that the truck would be pulled out front and that he would have the keys upon my arrival - he spoke very professionally and straight forward and didn't play any of the games other dealers are known for (probably because John Thornton Chevrolet is family owned). I purchased the truck and shook hands with Derek S. I have NEVER had such a positive experience at a dealership before. Bravo! More
