I drove from 5 hours away to purchase a very specific unit from their used car department. I called in and asked to speak to a manager because of the drive - I wanted to ensure the truck would still be unit from their used car department. Derek S. ensured that the truck would be pulled out front and that he would have the keys upon my arrival - he spoke very professionally and straight forward and didn't play any of the games other dealers are known for (probably because John Thornton Chevrolet is family owned). I purchased the truck and shook hands with Derek S. I have NEVER had such a positive experience at a dealership before. Bravo! More
