When I called and asked about a new 1500 and getting a fair value for my trade, Lou told me to come in, and he'd make it happen. I'd heard those words from other dealers, and since I was driving from 1 1/ fair value for my trade, Lou told me to come in, and he'd make it happen. I'd heard those words from other dealers, and since I was driving from 1 1/2 hours away, I didn't want to waste my time. Well, Lou kept his word, and I left the dealership with a new truck and am very satisfied with the overall experience. More

The primary issue is not the car, but the lack of professionalism and transparency throughout the sales process. As a first-time buyer, I relied on the information provided by the sales team. Unfortunately, I later discovered that key details—including the APR, financing terms, and total payment—were not accurately represented. Additional charges were included despite my clear refusal, and certain items presented as “complimentary” were, in fact, not free. Although I am content with the vehicle, even accounting for minor issues that still need to be addressed, the sales experience was misleading. Customers should be able to trust that they are being given honest and accurate information, especially when making a significant purchase. Being told that optional items are mandatory, or that costs are included when they are not, reflects poorly on the dealership’s integrity. I acknowledge that I should have verified the details more carefully, and I take responsibility for that. However, I expected a higher standard of honesty and transparency from a dealership that assured me they would take care of me. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met and I owe an extra 6k, good job guys. BUYERS BEWARE, make sure everything you’re signing is actually what you agreed to. More
