They tricked me. I would not have leased my 2024 Buick Envision if I knew that you can not trust the word of even the sales manager. My text from sales reads "I got I would not have leased my 2024 Buick Envision if I knew that you can not trust the word of even the sales manager. My text from sales reads "I got you approved at $425/month for 36 months" - When i get to the dealership the deal changed to $650 / month, but was told that there was a $7000 rebate, and they were going to spread it out over 36 months to lower my payment by $200 / month. I took their word for it... Never do this... I did not get a copy of any paperwork for 5 weeks.... after i asked for it a 3rd time. GM Financial sends me a letter telling me that my payment is $658 and that I am past due... (I gave the finance manager $2000 at signing) long story short.... the dealership talked me into leasing the vehicle so they could get the rebated deal, and never made it right. I reached out to Jennifer Moore (owners daughter / rep) - no response... I promise this.... I am contacting all the places that i can...BBB, DMV, DMV, their underwriter, their bank, etc. Also have two local TV networks that have shown interest because of the text messages from the dealer compared to the actual deal. GM Financial is also investigating.... Dealers - you don't have to be dishonest to sell cars... we could have worked this deal out... but Royal Moore is comfortable with this type of thing... BG More

Service department had my car for 5 months, replaced 3 items that weren't the issue, charged me $1422 and never fixed the problem. Had it towed home an fixed in 2 days. I sent them early on web pages that discussed the problem and it still 5 took months to tell me they couldn't fix it. Excuse after excuse, we are short staff, we're really busy, little to no communication. Called and would return phone calls. I would run as fast as you can from these folks More

Extremely disappointed with this dealership. This is the 2nd worse experience I had specifically in the service department. I dropped off my truck on Friday morning for DIAGNOSTIC since the chec This is the 2nd worse experience I had specifically in the service department. I dropped off my truck on Friday morning for DIAGNOSTIC since the check engine light came on. I was told they’re “still working on it” so had to leave it over the weekend. I stopped by on Saturday to grab something out of my truck and found my truck sitting in their back lot untouched. Monday rolls over and same response, “nothing, still working on it.” Tuesday came and same story “still working on it.” Not to mention, it was struggle trying to get a hold of my advisor Edgar. He doesn’t return my calls. Wednesday was last my straw. I asked to speak to their service manager Daniel and he gave me nothing but excuses. No wonder their advisors lacks in providing great client experience. Daniel said he’ll give me a call back before they close for an update and of course he never did. I had enough. Picked up my truck Thursday morning. Please STOP misleading your clients by accepting appointments and making them believe you’re working on their car when you’re not, that’s conniving. I could’ve returned when you’re actually available or went elsewhere. Again this is just for DIAGNOSTICS. I wasted 5 business days. If their service department have this level of work ethic, I couldn’t imagine how it’s like in their sales floor. RUN AWAY from this dealership. More
