Daniel was very knowledgeable about the features in the CRV, I give him a good rating but he in part contributed to the end-to-end process being slow… The car buying experience overall was average, spent a CRV, I give him a good rating but he in part contributed to the end-to-end process being slow… The car buying experience overall was average, spent a lot of time watching people come to the desk and leave, walking back and forth many times, disappearing for a while then reappearing. Waited over a hour sitting around waiting for the finance guy. Seemed the communication between employees could be improved. And the refusal to move much off the sticker was frustrating, but I get that is how dealers maintain margin. The low ball on my trade in was unfortunate… I again understand a dealer is trying to extract as much margin as possible but that was a rude offer. Happy with my car, not entirely happy with the price, and the overall experience needs work. More

Our experience there was one that gives us hope that it is possible to enjoy the car shopping experience, even when its something you might dread going through. We came home with a new car, and a new car dealership, that we feel we can trust. Fareed and Danny made us feel like family. We didnt know that was possible in the high stakes new car world we generally try to avoid. I can't thank them enough for the whole process.
