I have been in sales for over 25 years. I am more of a customer service oriented sales person. I personally love the car sales business, because I have been able to put a smile on so many customers faces. That is what this is all about. Listening. Learning. And helping customers understand everything they need to know about purchasing their new vehicle. As long as they leave Daytona Hyundai with a smile on their face, then I feel I have done my job! I tell my customers, “ I come with the car!” And I mean that. I will call you and make sure you are ok 100% with technology the way it is now, you may need some help after the sale in getting to know your vehicle. A Total Bamboozle: Incompetence, Shady "Secret" Pricing, and Parking Lot Harassment Avoid Daytona Hyundai and specifically "Product Specialist" Dani Gage unless you enjoy being lied to and predated upon. A and Parking Lot Harassment Avoid Daytona Hyundai and specifically "Product Specialist" Dani Gage unless you enjoy being lied to and predated upon. After days of coordinating a Chase Private Client transaction—which Dani assured me was ready for a simple "sign and drive"—I arrived after a 45-minute haul to find absolutely nothing prepared. Despite having all my information prior to my arrival, Dani acted like she didn't understand the process with Chase Bank in spite being and "in network" dealership and had never seen a text attachment before. There was no paperwork ready, the car wasn't gassed, and the finance manager didn't even know I was coming. The entire experience smelled worse than a garbage truck on a hot July afternoon. They attempted to play "secret" games with the pricing, retreating into back offices to discuss the deal in private rather than just showing me the bottom line. I know a scam when I smell one. When I finally grew tired of the amateur hour and walked away, the experience turned from incompetent to predatory. Dani literally chased me through the parking lot, shouting at me and refusing to leave me alone until I had to sternly and publicly demand she back off. This dealership is the poster child for why people loathe the car-buying process. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and blatantly shady. Save your sanity and your money—do not grace their doors. I waited months for a vehicle to be delivered from this dealer just to be told I couldn't have it in the color I wanted and then a markup was added after I was told they could get me at a price lower then dealer just to be told I couldn't have it in the color I wanted and then a markup was added after I was told they could get me at a price lower then MSRP. I purchased TWO vehicles from Daytona Hyundai in the past 10 years, the last one just weeks ago, and this sale by far was the most customer service oriented and detailed I’ve ever encountered in my 10 new cars buying history! xxxxxxto Dani on her diligence on follow up, sincerely listening to my wants and needs, and to ALL of Daytona Hyundai for their efforts. I purchased a car that none of us were aware had a bit of body damage (as it was in detail throughout the sale), guess who had all body work completed, to near perfection, to satisfy their customer?!? Dani, and all of Daytona Hyundai! This is what I call a team, and customer support, resulting in 100% satisfaction! Thank you, Dani and team! More

I left Daytona Toyota and traded in my highlander to Daytona Hyundai. Dani was the sales person I dealt with and could not have been more pleased with how she conducted everything. By the time I left I felt like she was my sister… Very sweet, very honest and extremely helpful. Even after I purchased the car and had problems navigating through certain buttons, and things I just could not understand. She promptly answered me with the correct answers and help me get out of many many jams. She is certainly someone to be honored not just her sales approach, but her sweet and loving personality.
