Bluff City was excellent! They exceeded my expectations BY FAR! Minutes after leaving the dealership, I noticed a small rock peck on my windshield. I contacted the salesperson They exceeded my expectations BY FAR! Minutes after leaving the dealership, I noticed a small rock peck on my windshield. I contacted the salesperson to ask if the rock peck had been treated to prevent it from spreading. I was not asking Bluff City to treat it, I was only asking if it had been treated or not so I could get it done if it had not been. Well, it had not been but they had me bring the car back to the dealership. The service technicians repaired the rock peck. You can’t even see where it was. I literally thought they had installed a new windshield. Then, I get an emailed receipt that’s showed no charge?!? I asked several times about paying for it but was told that it was no charge. Everyone in this dealership from the receptionist to the sales person to finance dept to the service technicians to the owners are all knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. It truly has a family feel when you walk in the door. I am a first time customer and I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!! More

Chances are every customer would agree, that purchasing a new vehicle can be a time consuming and stressful ordeal, but that was not the case when working with Jason Jenkins of Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City. new vehicle can be a time consuming and stressful ordeal, but that was not the case when working with Jason Jenkins of Jaguar Land Rover Bluff City. Because of the pandemic's impact on parts and a low supply of new vehicles, Jason patiently and professionally kept me up to date on the the arrival of inventory and other options to ensure I got the ideal car. For almost a year, he provided me with any guidance and suggestions needed to make sure I got the vehicle I really wanted and tailored to my wants and needs. With Jason's help, I essentially had my car built to my specifications. Even though the wait for my Jaguar took almost a year...I finally got what I wanted a few weeks ago. The entire team was there to make the wait and arrival a pleasant experience. Thank you Jason and the Jaguar staff for your outstanding customer service. I've been with you since 2001 and look forward to my next purchase. More

Everyone at dealership made the purchase enjoyable. Extremely attentive to my concerns for this vehicle purchase. Have been looking for a specific type vehicle with needed options, Ricky the used car m Extremely attentive to my concerns for this vehicle purchase. Have been looking for a specific type vehicle with needed options, Ricky the used car manager contact me and we went over the vehicle together. I went back on a Tuesday to make a decision and Eric the sales manager spent the time with me answering questions about the vehicle and warranty coverage. Sold me on vehicle and dealership!!!! Jason my salesman made the actual purchase easy and explained everything as paperwork was signed. I was introduced to the service department personnel and assigned Chelsea as my service advisor. Jason went over the vehicle at delivery and programmed the apps and paired my phone. He also answered a few questions I had a few days later. More
