Lies, lies and more lies.. I bought a 2019 Tacoma and brought it I to service after I heard a howling coming from the rear differential. The tech rode with me in the truck conf I bought a 2019 Tacoma and brought it I to service after I heard a howling coming from the rear differential. The tech rode with me in the truck confirming the howling coming from the rear end.... three days later they call and tell me that the howling noise is NORMAL! It only occurs from 55-60 and is loud. I didnt have that noise when I bought the truck less than 30 days ago! Drivetrain warranty...extended warranty...and they tell me "you just have to live with it". Oh, I test drove the same vehicle at another dealership and there was no noise, the tech lied telling me he drove 2-3 new trucks and the rear differential howls on all of the new Tacomas. Total runaround. I definately wont be coming back here again. More

Beyond Satisfactory! I was shopping for my very first car and upon sending an online price request, I was contacted by Rick Kanitz, an Internet Fleet Manager. I was very pleased with the Rick's honest and upfront attitude. He was very helpful in walking me through different body trims, colors, and specifications. He even came in super early the next day to close the deal because that's the only time that worked for me! If you're not particularly fond of the usual pushy car salesman, I would definitely recommend you go to Rick! He worked with me and gave me a really good deal for a new Corolla that other dealerships refused to "meet or beat"! In addition, the finance paperwork didn't take as long as I expected and I was out of there by 1pm. Big Two's customer service was beyond satisfactory- I also noticed a stain on one of the car seats after I drove off with the car and returned the next day. The detailers worked with me and made sure every inch of it was gone. And Rick was there every step of the way! More

The BEST car buying experience ever! I typically don't buy cars from dealers, but I really liked the RAV4 and I haven't bought a new car in a long time. It was perfect for me. My salesman Jeff was very professional and not pushy. They gave me a great deal right away - no hassle! I got a better deal than I expected and was in and out in 2 hours start to finish. I will be back next time I need a car. I also sent my friend to Jeff in the Fleet department and he took very good care of them! Thank you Jeff, Brian and Dana! More

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable After much deliberating found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. The longest part of the process was locating the vehicle on the lot. Turned out After much deliberating found the vehicle I wanted on the internet. The longest part of the process was locating the vehicle on the lot. Turned out it was on the overflow lot. Drove it, decided on it, negotiated and drove home in record time. Dana couldn't have been more helpful, informative or friendly at the start of the process then turned me over to Jaime. Jaime was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable in a way that was conversational and in no way felt condescending or pressuring. The dealership is fresh and a comfortable place to be making 2-3 hours seem like half the time. The financing department people are incredibly efficient and pleasantly professional. Love, love, love my 2014 RAV4 Limited AWD and in no way feel as if I've stepped down from my 2007 Lexus ES 350. A word about the negotiating process at this dealership - not once did someone approach me with the dreaded "how much do you want to pay a month?" routine. After deciding trade-in value (amazingly fair) and vehicle price (a great deal) the parameters of the monthly payment based on down payment and terms were addressed. I would recommend this dealership any chance I get. More
