In every issue, I felt that the adviser's advice was honest and not based upon maximizing the dealership profit--some issues were deferred with a "wait and see" approach since they were not critical for safety or potential damage to the truck. This has been my long experience with WRT and is not all that common in auto service--this is a very fine dealership! More
