Ive been customer for many years. My last visit was about 3 month ago and I have a claim for a part to be fixed on my vehicle and till this day nothing has been done. This dealership is a joke. Majority of the employees are very unprofessional. Dana Grande the client relations manager is not doing her job well. Rude and not helpful. I had a situation with my purchase so I was introduced to Dana Grande. to handle the situation. she was very rude and unprofessional from the very start, she does not know how to speak to customers my situat Dana Grande. to handle the situation. she was very rude and unprofessional from the very start, she does not know how to speak to customers my situation went from bad to worst in just a few seconds. this lady took everything I explained to her and quickly made me feel like I didn't know W😒TF I was talking a about. Customers ain't always right in this dealer. I definitely wont be recommending this dealer to anyone. However John Serritella. stepped in and quickly handled the problem very professionally. Thanks John for your help and understanding. not trying to tell you how to do your job but if I was manager I wouldn't have this person in the position she is in. She be a better correctional officer at cook county jail with that kind of attitude. More
