Dana answered the phone when we called with a dead battery, after leaving the Kaufman center, she encouraged us to bring our GMC in if needed. After AAA came, we drive to dealership. Erin quickl battery, after leaving the Kaufman center, she encouraged us to bring our GMC in if needed. After AAA came, we drive to dealership. Erin quickly started working on replacing the battery.. (she could see my husband wasn’t well)… came back next day, after hearing a fan sound :it was the thermostat. And then Erin found a replacement part. Left my Acadia at Anderson and Erin kept me informed when it would be ready and she also checked my gear shift malfunction.(she remembered I had asked about this with an oil change. Our Acadia is 6 yrs old & this was only repairs we needed. With each issue , Erin was so considerate and served us with a smile & reassurance. We are thanking our Lord for such a dependable caring team.. and pray His blessings for all. We have brought all our auto’s to Boyle since year 2000, and they treat us like family More

I had my vehicle towed into Anderson on Tuesday, November 12. My vehicle would not start. Upon their diagnosis I was told by Dana that my vehicle timing chain and engine was done and my valves were bent and 12. My vehicle would not start. Upon their diagnosis I was told by Dana that my vehicle timing chain and engine was done and my valves were bent and it couldn’t be repaired and that I needed an engine. Later on I received an estimate of $10,000 to receive an engine and also offered me $500 for my vehicle, which I felt very insulted by. I was told pretty much that the vehicle was 10 years old and high mileage that it was really no hope. Before this incident happed I have been told before by this establishment that it was for sure my timing chain some time ago but to just keep up with my oil changes and I should not have any problems.. after paying $174 for a diagnostic I then had my vehicle towed to an automotive repair shop who explained to me the vehicle did need a timing chain and that NONE of the valves were bent. I purchased my vehicle from this location when it was Boyle, and have been getting my vehicle serviced here since I purchased it , then Anderson took over and I have had NOTHING but problems, I’m very dissatisfied with my experience this go round with Anderson and will not be using this business again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I like or love. I feel as if they were going to take me for a ride and they definitely are not practicing honest service. I will never patronize this business again. More

A simple oil change took almost 2 hrs from the time I arrived. It also went up from $63.00 with Boyle to $102.00 with Anderson. I have been coming to this dealership for over 20 years, but it may be time arrived. It also went up from $63.00 with Boyle to $102.00 with Anderson. My appointment was at 8am for oil change, tire rotation, a recommended 45k service point check, and a child safety latch recall. I was told that I really shouldn't have service until 50k and that I could le a recommended 45k service point check, and a child safety latch recall. I was told that I really shouldn't have service until 50k and that I could leave my car. I said I would leave it for a short time because I had to go pick my son up, I was told I would be called when it was done. I then was called before 1pm and told the wiper was being installed right then and I could pick up. I showed up at 1:45 before closing at 2. When I arrived, Brenda was snippy with me saying she didn’t know who I was and she had to leave for a contractor at her house and no one gave her my key or paperwork even though my car was in the lot and done. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting. I finally got a call that I could pay if I wasn't there to pick up, I said I had been there for 30 minutes already, and still no one brought my key up so I could leave. I walked to the service area and asked to be checked out with my GMC points applied. A service person then yelled at Dana from the side door about closing out tickets and there was a lot of tension between them throughout the entire process. I am not sure why it took so long for my 8am appt to be completed for oil change and tire rotation since nothing else was done. I am not sure why I had to wait so long to check out. I am not sure why people were feeling tense that day but my customer experience was poor to say the least. I am disappointed because I have not experienced this previously and have always used this dealership for service for my vehicle in the past. I can't say I will return. More
