I went there on a rainy Friday morning hoping to get one of the advertised on-sale cars before the crushing crowds the next day - a sunny end-of-month Saturday. Salesperson Jeff greeted me promptly. We selected a car from the stock numbers I provided. The car was retrieved from the lot and I test drove it. The car was in perfect condition, and therefore eligible for possible purchase. This would be a second car for me so there was no urgency to buy anything. I showed Jeff the numbers I worked out using the website pricing and promotional APR. They agreed and everything proceeded with no stress whatsoever. So what could I complain about? They had the car I wanted - color and equipment - and sold it to me for the price they advertised online. I went through the whole process in about two hours - including finance and insurance. The car was delivered in perfect condition with a full tank of gas. So to answer the question posed above, there was - and is - nothing to complain about. It was fast and simple, and I drove home in the exact vehicle I wanted. Having purchased dozens of new cars over the years, I can say that the process is far easier when you are working with friendly salespeople that have a level of integrity that you don't often see in the automotive retail business. We drove to Dan Cummins of Paris because a couple friends had recently purchased vehicles from there, and more specifically from Stephen. Upon entering the building, we checked in and asked for him, the youn had recently purchased vehicles from there, and more specifically from Stephen. Upon entering the building, we checked in and asked for him, the young Lady said he was gassing up a car and would be available shortly. From the moment he introduced himself, he came across as someone who takes pride in his occupation. We told him what we were interested in and he delivered. He was very knowledgeable regarding both vehicles and took the time to demonstrate several features we were unfamiliar with. He made the dreaded vehicle purchasing process easy and for that we are grateful. We will definitely be sending more business his way. More

Very large, very organized, very attentive, very friendly. From my first online inquiry, they were very responsive. My sales person and everyone I worked with was very pleasant and professional. The one downside I would say is that because this is a large dealership, there was no flexibility on the price and no room for negotiation. Once tax and the standard $699 processing fee was added, I was well upside down on the vehicle. It was a used vehicle, and apparently the dealership did do some more extensive maintenance on it…but I did not walk away feeling like I got a good deal. There are plenty of used car dealers that don’t have the $699 add-on, but I understand with the size of this dealership, that may be a common thing. I am mostly happy with the vehicle. And no one forced me to buy it….the sales force was not pushy in any way. The one other thing - we knew exactly what vehicle we were interested in….test drove it….and the whole process still took 3 1/2 hours….and we paid cash for it….if financing would have been involved, that probably would have added another hour. We were not expecting a cash transaction to take quite that long. But overall, it is a very impressive operation. Great staff. Would have liked to have walked away feeling I got a better deal and that it didn’t take so long….just constructive criticism. That’s the only thing that would keep me from recommending Dan Cummins to others. But the staff was great. More
