This was our fourth vehicle purchased from Sanderson Ford for our business, and it will absolutely be our last. We paid cash for the vehicle, expecting a smooth and professional transaction, but instead, we for our business, and it will absolutely be our last. We paid cash for the vehicle, expecting a smooth and professional transaction, but instead, we were met with incompetence, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I called multiple times, left voicemails and emails, and got absolutely no response. Sherry Harris nor her staff returned any of our calls or emails. If it weren’t for Dan Wickman returning our calls, we would have had no idea what was going on with our purchase. To make matters worse, Sherry tried to intimidate us by flashing her CFO badge as if that was supposed to mean something, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. After this experience, we will not be returning. If you value your time and expect even basic communication, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
