Nucar Mazda is the best dealer across the country that I have dealt wit I am 76 years old and have owned 2 or more cars for each of the past 55 years. Nucar Mazda is the best dealer across the country that I have dealt with during that period of time. Their honesty, integrity, friendliness, knowledge and quality of service is the best I've experienced anywhere. I have never felt that work they recommended and I had done was not needed. To the contrary, they have many times advised that work I contemplated was not necessary at that time. More

Always pleased with Nucar Mazda Service We have owned many Mazdas and keep coming back because of the service department. We had a sudden issue with our 2006 Mazda 3 due to slamming on brak We have owned many Mazdas and keep coming back because of the service department. We had a sudden issue with our 2006 Mazda 3 due to slamming on brakes. It was tricky to diagnose because it was sensor related and appeared to be repaired, but the crew insisted on a test drive to find out if more attention was needed. It was repaired completely and promptly. Thank you again everyone in Mazda service and especially John and Melissa! While we were there we ran through the numbers on our lease and considered several different options with Dan. We have time to consider our next steps and feel much more informed after Dan took so much time to make sure the options were extremely transparent. More
