I’m from Wabash, Indiana, but currently live in Bloomington. I have a lovely wife, Janet, and we have raised four children together. I also have two beautiful grandchildren. When I’m not selling, I golf and watch football and baseball. I am a huge Detroit Tigers, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and New York Jets fan! I, however, enjoy being with my family above all. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the look on a customer’s face after you have put them into their desired car. I am motivated by my coworkers and carry on the deed. We are a big family here at Uftring, and I am constantly reminded by the honesty and positivity that is displayed on a daily basis. When you buy from me, you can expect a friendly, knowledgeable buying experience. I won’t see you drive off the lot in a new car until I know you are 100% satisfied. I, myself, drive a Chevy Traverse. I enjoy selling the SUVs the most because of their versatility. I will work hard to provide you the best experience possible.

I Call and spoke with Wesley about the truck, when I arrived the truck was spotless and Wesley was ready with every answer to my questions. He was professional ,prompt and friendly to speak with. They over charged me $2500 for the service I received. I'd bought 2 new trucks & have had them serviced there for the past 12 years & they do not care about the customer, only how much money they can get I'd bought 2 new trucks & have had them serviced there for the past 12 years & they do not care about the customer, only how much money they can get out of you. this is the last time I'll ever be in that dealership. We were pleased with our experience. Originally, we wanted to look at a Blazer,but after measuring my wheelchair, it was determined that it would not fit. I was quoted a price for some work on my car. There was a definite disconnect between me and the service representative with the quote I was given to the final bill. Uftring very clearly takes pride in the vehicles they sell. The car we were originally going to look at actually didn't pass their inspection, so they refused to even put it on the lot or let us test dri sell. I see this as a testament to their expectation of quality. I cannot imagine a scenario buying through Uftring and being sold a "lemon", and I hold them in high regard as a dealership. Rich was very personable and helpful. We spent more than we initially planned to, but it was absolutely worth it. The second we test drove the car and experienced it, we knew it was the one. Rich definitely chose the right car for us to try in place of the one we initially planned to. I honestly don't think he could've convinced us to spend the extra money on just about any other vehicle we saw there. Legitimately in love with the Malibu, the only downside is that my fiance gets to drive it regularly so I only get to experience it myself on the weekends. I'm a little jealous of that. More
