Rude and obnoxious and lazy. I walked in for the first time there to try an Armada. He said he's seen me which isn't true. Then proceeded to tell me 3-4 times he doesn't have any I walked in for the first time there to try an Armada. He said he's seen me which isn't true. Then proceeded to tell me 3-4 times he doesn't have any pre-owned cars, but I've never gotten a pre owned car in my life. We walked far together to look at a car. Then he asked about the sun roof. I'd like to see that model. He didn't have the key. So he wanted us to walk all the way back with him. What's the point? I told him I'd wait for him to get the key and come back. He gets the key, unlocks it from a distance, and ditches us. Real professional. This guy is a joke. He should be fired. More

Kelly Nissan of Woburn sold me a car they knew was badly damaged from accident. The car pulls to the right side of any road at every time. The right side tires leak air constantly from these accidents. A damaged from accident. The car pulls to the right side of any road at every time. The right side tires leak air constantly from these accidents. Also has an engine issue which I have recorded on video occurring within 3 months of purchase after less than 1000 miles. Refused to fix it within 45 days warranty and 'gave me an alignment' instead. The car has less than 1500 miles on it from time of purchase. I have photos of all body panel gaps and damage that was 'explained away' on the day of sale. Dan is a really terrible person. I knew I should have listened to myself on the day of purchase - strong sleazy liar vibes. More

Dan Sicari is a terrible salesman and Kelly Nissan is a joke. Only care about you when your buying the car and then all customer service goes out the window. My wife and I bought a used Ford Eco Sport an joke. Only care about you when your buying the car and then all customer service goes out the window. My wife and I bought a used Ford Eco Sport and now were having issues and were unable to get any assistance. Worked with Dan who said he could secure us a rental and have the issue serviced at a Ford service place yet he never followed through. Spoke to the General Manager Stephen Vitale who also acted like he was going to do something but never did. STAY AWAY!! More

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I must say I was not overly impressed with the service I receive. Upon entering the showroom My son in law and I were ignored Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I must say I was not overly impressed with the service I receive. Upon entering the showroom My son in law and I were ignored by the two women seated inside the door. We were never greeted or acknowledged until my son in law spoke to them. The General Sales Manager Aurys Pena then greeted us, told us he would have the vehicle I was interested in brought to us. We were then assigned to Dan Sacari as our sales person. He was extremely rude, arrogant and extended absolutely no customer service to e or my son in law. When my son in law attempted to discuss pricing he said he would not speak to the manager and walked away and ignored us. He did not come back to complete the sale until he was instructed to do so. I will not have anything to do wit Dan ever again. He acted like a spoiled little child. I did not bring plates with me at the time of the sale and therefore had to return the following Monday to pick up the vehicle. Even though Dan had given his word that he would be there to complete the purchase, he was not. Apparently his word means nothing. On Monday, Michael Sullivan offered to put the plates on the vehicle and was kind enough to explain the workings of the vehicle to me. Dan Sicari did not do any of this. Michael was so kind he even synched my phone to the blue tooth system for me. Any future issues I have I will contact Michael Sullivan not Dan Sicari to help me. Dan is an awful salesperson and should not be i a customer service job. Michael Sullivan on the other hand was delightful. Aurys Pena was also polite and helpful. Kelly Nissan needs to focus on customer service more intently. More
