Per your policy we pay for the part and then you order it and will call us when it is in. We had to call you on all 3 parts over a week after the part should have been. Ordering and paying for parts and waiting for them to arrive. 2 weeks no call, I called they said they would call me. 3 weeks still no call. 1 month I called guess what no part they could not get the par arrive. 2 weeks no call, I called they said they would call me. 3 weeks still no call. 1 month I called guess what no part they could not get the part, no longer made. They did manage to jerry rig the bracket and did not charge for labor. Their assumption is that someone should be contacting the customer keeping them up to date of the situation. Clearly their team is not aware of their process or in this case there is no process. I still really like KIA I just think they could do better. More
