Dan was so helpful and easy to work with. Significantly undervalued my trade in, turned around and sold it for 80% profit. Stated it needed new tires. It didn't, and the tires WERE NOT replaced. Also stated some other "potential" issue which of co sold it for 80% profit. Stated it needed new tires. It didn't, and the tires WERE NOT replaced. Also stated some other "potential" issue which of course, was xx. I had just had the car serviced and checked over less than one week prior to trading it in. I stated the car had no issues, he refused to budge on the trade in. Carfax shows they only detailed the car before listing it for a $9,000 profit. This does not feel like "good faith". I shared my concerns directly to the dealership today, no response yet. Buyer beware. Very unhappy, should have walked away. More
