After shopping at 2 other competing dealerships I gladly made my purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. I made an inquiry regarding a Tacoma I found on the dealers on line inventory. With in the hour Ron Ja made my purchase from Toyota of Wallingford. I made an inquiry regarding a Tacoma I found on the dealers on line inventory. With in the hour Ron Jackson e-mailed me a video of a walk around of the Tacoma, showing the options, window sticker, interior, live navigation demo, rebate info etc. I was traveling a long distance and was glad to see with my own eyes this was equipped just the way I wanted it. I sent one more e-mail question after the dealer closed, however Ron again responded immediately. The next day after a short negotiation with Dan Roberts I completed a purchase agreement on a new Tacoma. The process was actually enjoyable. My trade in was appraised very fairly, the new Tacoma was priced below my other quotes and I couldn't have been made more comfortable by the staff. The following day my new truck was in perfect condition ready for delivery. Dan set up my accounts for the Entune and Navigation systems, completed the programming and answered my questions enabling me to start using the systems right away. My wife even took advantage of the complimentary manicure the dealer offers. If we had our son with us he could have played in the child friendly play area or visited the monster truck outside. Bottom line, the negotiation was fair, honest and hassle free, trade in value was generous and the easy going and competent staff made for a great experience. My fiance and I came in to look for a new car, and Dan was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I never felt like he was pushing us to buy anything and he made himself available to help us, including comin was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I never felt like he was pushing us to buy anything and he made himself available to help us, including coming in on his day off to go over paperwork and down payments with me! All of the staff was very professional and all of them were welcoming and friendly. I also enjoyed meeting Paul and doing our paperwork with him. He was very polite and professional and again, I never felt like I was being forced into anything. The staff at Toyota are all wonderful and I'm so pleased with my purchase and my experience! More

I had an excellent experience at this dealership and chose to buy my 2112 Camry from Wallingford instead of other dealerships I had visited. My salesman, Dan Roberts, was exemplary. He was knowledgeable chose to buy my 2112 Camry from Wallingford instead of other dealerships I had visited. My salesman, Dan Roberts, was exemplary. He was knowledgeable, friendly and it was clear that he loves the product he's selling. Dan offered a wealth of information about the Camry and the service department without me having to ask. At a competing manufacturer's dealership, the salesman offered little information and during the test drive discussed everything but the car. I was trying to decide between the 4 cylinder and the 6 so Dan and I test-drove both. Dan pointed out the advantages of each engine and was very clear about the way each model was equipped. That really helped me decide. When it came down to getting a price for the car, Jeff Carrington, Dan and I sat down to negotiate. I had a good price from a dealership that uses the "best price" system of selling cars. They would not budge on their price. Jeff agreed to sell a me the car at a lower price. The car I wanted was not on Wallingford's lot so Jeff immediately made the calls needed to get the car and the sales agreement was easily cpmpleted. When I arrived to pick up the car, Dan explained the audio, Bluetooth and navigation systems in a simple way so I could get started in learning how to use them (I am NOT a tech wizard!) He set up my phone and tested it out. He diligently covered each aspect of the New Vehicle Delivery list which was also reviewed by the very pleasant Diane Roberts. I had my previous Camry serviced at Wallingford and I always found the dealership to be excellent. Financial Manager, Paul Solomon, was very efficient. I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Dan Roberts. More

Dan is nice. Friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything clearly during the test drive, in the store and right before I drive me new car home. I had a test drive at first night. Second day aftern everything clearly during the test drive, in the store and right before I drive me new car home. I had a test drive at first night. Second day afternoon I drove my new car home. HIghly recommend this dealer!! I didn't have a chance to use the customer service yet, such as lifetime oil change and car wish. So no comment on it during this time. Sometimes trade in is very tricky. We want to sell our old car with the higher price and apparently they don't. I won't say they will buy your old car with the good price but it is worth to give it a shot. Generally speaking, it was a nice experiment buying car here. More

I have never experienced a more pleasant and stress free experience in all my life. It all begins the moment you walk in through those doors. First , your greeted by their receptionist. She welcomes you with a smile and asks how can she help you. She then goes one step further and asks if you would like a cup of coffee . " help your self and please make your self comfortable" " WOW " . Stress level went down . I then met Sales person Dan Roberts. Here we go again, He smiled,looked me straight in the eyes and shook my hand. From that moment on every one I came in contact with ( Gloria and Sohailbutt ) treated me in the same manner. Now lets get into the reason why I was there. I have been shopping around and visiting multiple car dealerships. looking for that perfect car and deal. I found a Mercedes in mint condition with unbelievable low mileage. The extras in this vehicle were to good to be true. The price for the car combined with what I was given for my 2002 Subaru ( 185,000 miles) trade-in just couldn't be passed up. For once , I felt that I walked away with the better deal. Toyota and Scion of Wallingford is nothing but First Class , all the way. Thank you All More
