Juan was an excellent salesman. Charlie was great to work with and very friendly. Together they made me feel more comfortable in a typically uncomfortable situation. Savings on sales tax should be had by the owner of the vehicle, not built into the profit the dealership will make. More

bad experience turned out okay. To start this off. Brent Gilliland saved the day. Found car online and had our own financing arranged which meant waiting for the check to arrive To start this off. We had a bit of runaround from the internet and used car managers (Joe and Dan), after some frustrations, Brent came back after his days off and saved the day and kept my business at advantage Chevrolet. Overall we love the car, the actual purchase was with Juan and it was smooth and painless (simply signing purchase docs and handing our banks check to finance manager). Justine Klotz delivery specialist walked us through the OnStar, dum and app set up that we didn’t even know came with the car ahead of time. Originally posted 1 star but as mentioned Brent saved the day! More

New Car Buying Made Worse Not a pleasant experience at all. I has set up an appointment with one individual, and was told she was in a meeting so I was given to a different sa Not a pleasant experience at all. I has set up an appointment with one individual, and was told she was in a meeting so I was given to a different salesman. Since I started with an Internet consultant, that made this the third person I was dealing with. The car I inquired about was not ready for viewing as promised by the Internet consultant, so the salesman had to go find it. Trade-in price was low-balled, and pricing offer was presented in a confusing manner. Lease option was provided even though I was previously asked and informed the salesman that I was purchasing, not leasing. Financing information was presented in a confusing manner and not the term I was looking for. Internet consultant had told me that they would beat anyone's price by 5%. That didn't happen, so I walked out without making a purchase. Buying a new car is not a pleasant experience to begin with, and this place only makes it worse. More

Chris explained all the features of my new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable on how to use them before leaving the dealership. This was my 2nd purchase from Advantage and I will definitely be a return customer. More

I'm sure that my feedback doesn't really matter based on the level of customer service I received....but here it goes. Arrogance, Rude and lack of negotiating is the primary problem with your deale based on the level of customer service I received....but here it goes. Arrogance, Rude and lack of negotiating is the primary problem with your dealership. Because of this, and squabbling over a few hundred dollars, I went down the street and made a fantastic deal with another dealership. I buy a lot of cars (typically every 1-2 years) and don't ever remember dealing with sales folks such as the ones I have with your dealer (Dan was fine). Riffat must do something right, because customer service is not one of them including language barrier and hanging up on me. Then I get a call from a sales manager who was both arrogant, but made it sound as if this was the best deal in town. You should come up with a different strategy because obviously you are a dime a dozen. I'm in an industry where we sell to our customers and the one thing that has gained their business is give them what they want (within reason).....and here is a BIG ONE......just be nice:) Anyway, thought I would share.........the only one that lost in this deal is your dealership, because I got a much better deal the same day you locked in my decision to do so. More
