I worked with Dan Rekstad via phone and email and had all the details worked out before I arrived at the dealership since I lived 150 miles away. The transaction took a little longer than I would have liked since it was busy on a Saturday. Dan and Juan were top notch and I would definitely purchase from them again. More

Found truck on line friday and did deal over the phone and drove from iowa and picked it up. Steve and tom were great to work with. We were all done and on way home in less then 2 hours. The truck pic's on line had gold bowtie emblems the truck we picked up had black, not my preference. Steve is trying to get me the gold bowtie emblems and send to me. Ladt gripe, the high country truck needed a good cleaning inside. 75k truck should have been presented better. Niether of these issues was big deal. Very pleased overall with purchase. I didn't give five stars because I was solicited a buy back on my used vehicle over the phone at a price that didn't match up when I came through the door. The price was adjusted when my sales rep understood the price and criteria I was told, but I didn't enjoy the adversarial nature of the exchange. More
