Dan met us upon our arrival, asking if there was anything he could do to help us, he offered us something to drink and invited us to sit down in his cubicle and again asked how he could help. She arranged a introduction with the General Sales Manager Joe, who formulated the best and final offer, which was nearly everything we wanted. Joe assigned Dan as our salesperson who was professional, experienced, polite, patient and knowledgeable.
