I have been selling Subaru’s for just over a year now for Secor Subaru. I have been in the car industry for a few years now. I was once told by a previous boss "If you love the work you do you will never work a day in your life" Being here at Secor selling Subaru’s, that is exactly how I feel. I know that I am putting MY customers into the most safe, reliable vehicle in there price range! They can call on me ANYTIME if they need questions answered or simply just to tell me how much they are loving their Subaru. I am here for them even beyond the sale. When I am not working I am out enjoying days with my young ones and family.

Jan 25 2025, Called prior to showing up to see vehicle. Dan was very nice on the phone. He had the car running and full of gas, ready for the test drive. Had some issues with the paperwork, the finance man Dan was very nice on the phone. He had the car running and full of gas, ready for the test drive. Had some issues with the paperwork, the finance manager could not explain the discrepancy in the numbers initally refusing to reprint the sales agreement. I just simply wanted him to explain what numbers added up to the sales price, He kept saying it was some tax but could not explain it, he finally changed the numbers to the correct ones so we could go forward with the purchase. Still waiting for dealer to honor their 'we owe' signed portion of the contract. Dealer stated they could not find an owners manual and offered a website to look at, basically gave up. Buyer had to source owners manual and ask for a check back. If the buyer could get a OEM owner's manual there is no reason why the dealer could not. Still waiting for check for the difference between loan amount and contract. Update. Feb 7, 2025, asked multiple times over the last 2 weeks for the dealer to refund the overpayment of the loan. Dealership stated after the loan clears they would issue the check and claimed after 2 weeks the loan still did not clear. I called Navy Federal Credit Union and found out the check was deposited into the dealerships account two days after they received it. Navy Federal is awesome. Knowing this I called the dealership back and demanded they issue the check and stated if they continue to refuse I would be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and CT State Attorney General and then they immediate had the check ready. In CT the dealership is legally obligated to return the excess amount to the buyer so I am not sure the point of refusing to refund the customer's overpayment. All that for 70 dollars. Seems kinda ridiculous, I mean wouldn't you rather provide a good buying experience so the customer returns and tells his friends he had a good experience? Buyer beware and also be cautious of all the positive reviews. Seems weird all the local dealerships are rated 4.7 out of 5 on google!?? More

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car with the help of Dan, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked into the dealership, Da with the help of Dan, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked into the dealership, Dan greeted me with a warm smile and an unmatched level of professionalism. What stood out most about Dan was his genuine approach. He listened attentively to my needs, budget, and preferences, never pressuring me into something I didn’t feel comfortable with. Instead, he guided me through the process with patience and transparency, answering all my questions in detail and ensuring I felt confident every step of the way. Dan’s knowledge about the vehicles was impressive, and he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. He even took the time to explain all the features during the test drive, making sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel. Once I made my decision, Dan made the paperwork process seamless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the exceptional service Dan provided. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable and exciting one. If you’re in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Dan you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Dan, for making this such a memorable experience. Love Rachel and Brandon More

We had a great experience. Fair pricing, good trade value (but we opted to keep instead). We do not know who Shane is, perhaps the service department?
