When I noticed several small scratches on the side of the Highlander, Dan immediately had it buffed and clear coated. Scratches disappeared and it was beautiful! He also filled the tank with gas prior to my long drive back home. Ferman is completely different from all of the other Stealerships and scams I encountered while shopping online. Highly recommend doing business with them! More

It was awful. Didn’t vacuum the inside wipe seats down dash nothing whoever washed it didn’t. Care at all I paid a lot of money on this car just to get crapped ok like this they didn’t even offer for us to bring it back and make it right nothing then was offered an extended warranty told me I had to pay it all at once in cash that wasn’t true went to dodge and got the same warranty with payments More
