My Silverado 2021 the transmission started to fail they only replaced three parts from it and it took them 4 months. They sold me the truck with a wrap. After the four months that I went to pick it up they only replaced three parts from it and it took them 4 months. They sold me the truck with a wrap. After the four months that I went to pick it up they ruined the wrap and supposedly they were going to help me. They sent it out and the only thing they can help me with was taking off the wrap. Went to pick up the truck the paint was ruined. The manager never came out to speak to me or tried to help. I know the employees can’t make any decisions. But also the employee didn’t maintain any communication with me. I had to text or call him to keep me updated. So my experience with that dealer and Chevrolet was the worst More
