My first visit to the service department was a pleasant experience. The signage told me where to go and the helpful folks told me how to sign in for my Toyota's first service visit. They are always so friendly. It is consistent and I appreciate that. My only concern is that every time I take it in they want to do more than I want. They said they were going to look at things and fix things in my car and they didn’t. Had to call to see if my car was ready because no one called me.
