Had an appointment for my daughter’s car to get an oil change at 12:30. She told them at check in she would be waiting. I called at 2:30 to get a status because she was still waiting and was too shy to go change at 12:30. She told them at check in she would be waiting. I called at 2:30 to get a status because she was still waiting and was too shy to go ask for an update. I was told the shop was backed up but she would be out in 20 minutes. I got a phone call at 3:10 asking if I wanted any of the recommended services to be completed. I said no because I was told at 2:30 she would be out in the next 20 minutes and she could not wait any longer or she would be late for volleyball practice. An oil change that is scheduled should not take 3 hours. They also would not take her $10 off coupon I sent with her because I did not tell them about it when I scheduled the appointment, which I have never had to do before. Just another disappointing trip to the service department. I had my car and my son’s truck done a few weeks ago as a test since we had such bad experiences the last several times there. Ian made things right with those problems and I wanted to give it another shot. Both of our trips were fine so I thought it would be safe to continue with routine maintenance for all of our vehicles, but I am yet again disappointed. More

If you have an appointment it doesn't mean much. Takes an hour for an oil change with or without an appointment. Very slow service for such a basic service. I think i can do better.. Eventually got an appointment when I was able to recover a password to my own account. I was told a week earlier by the service department that they would be in touch to schedule an appointment, but that ne a password to my own account. I was made to wait over 4 hours for a simple oil change and a Bluetooth diagnostic. My car was ready after a couple hours but I was made to wait until they figured out who pays the bill on a company car. T and a Bluetooth diagnostic. My car was ready after a couple hours but I was made to wait until they figured out who pays the bill on a company car. The rep took a picture of my maintenance card and still couldn’t figure it out. Over the years I’ve bought close to 10 cars from Toyota Easley but will not be coming back for any services. I will post my experience on social media. More
