The other dealers i visited This is by far my best experience with a car dealer. Dan is very knowledgeable. I was looking a car with remote start. The other dealers i visited had no clear idea on how the remote start are equipped. Until i stepped into Liberty Subaru and talked to Dan who immediately mentioned that the remote start could be a dealer-installed option. The negotiation was straight forward and all numbers are on the paper. (I am not an aggressive negotiator though.). Before the negotiation, Dan clearly stated that the car is in parking lot but not available due to the shortage of parts to fix the recalled steering columns. In the following week, I sent several emails for update, and Dan promptly replied. On the day to pick up the car, Dan showed me the features of the car and explained in details the function of every button. Highly recommend. More
