My salesman, Dan Koopman, at ELCO was friendly and very straightforward and easy to deal with. Shortly after purchasing I used all the GM points to order a few accessories from the GM website and pick up from the ELCO parts department, which was also smooth. Now that I have had my first service, I can attest that their service department was also top notch. Rainy day but my car was still cleaned up nonetheless. Anyone who has spent as much time in dealerships as I have will realize this kind of experience and service takes effort and is not automatic. Kudos to the staff and leadership at ELCO Cadillac. More
