To start, the overall atmosphere/ambiance of the showroom was relaxing & welcoming. Dan was so knowledgeable, so personable, so charming! My wife appreciated his ability to understand her finely-tuned sense of aesthetics, and helped ease the transition from driving some cute car from Los Angeles….to driving a full-size pick-up truck. As for me, I was under some time constraints to purchase a “tow vehicle” for a recently purchased travel trailer. Had to wrap it up in two days, in order to make the trip to meet the trailer’s seller, to transact the deal. Dan made it happen! He definitely went way out of his way to accommodate our quick turnaround, and we will never forget him. He didn’t push his own agenda; instead, just listened to us, and went with the flow.
