It took a very long time to reach "the chair" in the finance office on this Saturday, but once inside the office, the tasks (no financing - cash purchase) were handled efficiently and the service package options were eplained thoroughly.. Yorman was patient with my questions and ignorance about Apple Audio apps, and the Audi app. He quickly navigated the cleaning and installation of S-5 winter (rubber) mats from my trade in convertible to this new one.
