In the short time that I've used this dealership, they've quickly become the most highly regarded one I've used. Every time, they've been exceptionally courteous, friendly, good-natured, efficient, and outst quickly become the most highly regarded one I've used. Every time, they've been exceptionally courteous, friendly, good-natured, efficient, and outstanding in their service. The facility itself is very clean and well-managed, and they've quickly addressed any issues that I had, even going out of their way to save me money without sacrificing good care. Even with a last minute walk-in appointment for a trivial matter, they were able to quickly fit me in and take care of it at no cost. Dan in particular has been exceptionally helpful and even watching how he takes care of other customers, I'm confident that anyone else that comes in to Premier Kia is going to be satisfied with their care and support. Many thanks to the people that work here and make it such an easy choice when it comes to getting my care fixed! More

I have had my car in for service since Tuesday morning on a 5 hour repair. They have failed to keep me updated, not answered phone calls or responded to voicemails or texts. I feel they were not truthful wit a 5 hour repair. They have failed to keep me updated, not answered phone calls or responded to voicemails or texts. I am from out of state and this was my first time at this dealership. I was very impressed with the staff and the spit and polish of the entire place, including the shop. Even though it took 14 months to receive our 2024 Sportage Hybrid, the general manager, Jeff Irzyk, kept us constantly updated on the delivery dates.
