This was first time buying from an actual dealership, I can honestly say that Adam is amazing at what he does. Real down to earth guy with great customer service. Took really good care of me and my mother, can honestly say that Adam is amazing at what he does. Real down to earth guy with great customer service. Took really good care of me and my mother, even went as far as offering us snacks while we waited. The process didn’t take long at all he was very thorough in explaining everything, and knew a ton about my vehicle. When I'm in the market to buy again I will definitely come here and I recommend Adam. Great guy!! More

I've been trying to get a new car. I been asking the sales person who has been not doing anything I asked for. They are greedy sales manager. Didn't even bother looking at my deal. Good experience purchasing from Bill Utter. All problems seen were from Ford. Disappointing that during the purchase, I had no one to talk to driectly from manufacturer.
