The first time my family engaged your dealership was in your service department and the Service Rep was Doug Holden. Doug was professional, HONEST, and friendly and worked with tenacity to get my USAA War your service department and the Service Rep was Doug Holden. Doug was professional, HONEST, and friendly and worked with tenacity to get my USAA Warranty provider to cover all the issues the Armada was having. Second time we brought the Armada back for different reasons, we had Dan Christie help us with the same results and integrity as stated above.
