Fast forward to 2024, and I’m ready to purchase my vehicle. I owed 14K after another down payment. Tell me how they resell it to me for 25K when the balance was 13K? When you try to speak to someone they give you the run around. I will never refer anyone to them or go back. They have enough victims already. More

Dan Cassin was the salesman that worked with me in buying my 2024 Subaru Outback, from Groove Subaru. He took me out for 3 test drives to make the decision on which Subaru I preferred. He was patient and tho my 2024 Subaru Outback, from Groove Subaru. He took me out for 3 test drives to make the decision on which Subaru I preferred. He was patient and thorough in explaining the differences in each car and the different options offered. He took us out to look at the range of colors available in the Outback, once the decision was made.There was no pressure on making a final decision, so I came back the next day to buy the car. Dan went over the price, looking at what I could do to bring the car to the price I could work with. I chose the offer of 1.9%, putting down a deposit of half. We then worked through the amount I could put down to bring the best monthly payment for me. He did inform me of the the additional packages for maintenance that were available through Groove . Finally, he spent over an hour explaining the technology of the car, he synced my cell phone and talked about signing up for further instruction in 2 weeks or so, once I have more specific questions after driving. i couldn't be happier with the excellent service I received in buying my new car with Dan. I am so glad I bought my car through Groove. More

Dan Cassin was great, as usual (I’ve been a customer for 9 years and counting, always helped by him)! Service center took longer than I thought was necessary, as usual.
