From the moment I first reached out, Crestmont Toyota stood out by being transparent and straightforward, which is rare among dealerships every day. I found Crestmont through TrueCar, and right away, they provided me with the (OTD) pricing, which was by far the best compared to many other dealerships within a 75-mile radius. I communicated with Dan via text, and he was fantastic helping me with pictures, information, and answering all my questions throughout the process. Although Dan wasn’t available the day we visited, he personally contacted us beforehand, and Brandon, another salesperson, took excellent care of us during our visit. Their honesty and professionalism like helping us secure the car with a deposit under a colleague’s name truly reflect the quality of this dealership. The finance guy Dariel was equally exceptional, presenting all the information clearly without ever trying to pressure us into extras. We ended up financing through a credit union, but even so, the service we received was outstanding. We highly recommend Crestmont Toyota and yes, we drove almost an hour and a half to get there, and we’d do it again without hesitation for the level of customer service they provide. Kudos to everyone there, and congratulations to the owner for running such an incredible business. Also they Speak Spanish - Hablan Español!!! More
