Dan has excellent knowledge of the Lincoln line and was available to us whenever we had questions. Our 2016 MKX was delivered on my Birthday and we picked it up two days later. Dan gave me a birthday surprise I will never forget, you can see from the photo that is attached. What a wonderful experience, we are still telling people about how well we were treated by Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln.
