After-market service by Daniel included showing us how to install our garage door opener signal in our Q5 (the operating manual was pathetic on this issue). He sent us a video showing us how as well, and gave me a website to view other videos about the Q5 The overall experience of buying a new car was far more pleasant than we expected. More
