Damon is a wonderful salesman he was able to explain the process to me clearly and politely. He was also able to help me get everything that I needed to get done that day and then some. I wasn't sure I even wanted to respond but I think it's important. First, the financing part of my experience was not good. I explained that I wanted to finance for 60 months. However, Jill had the paperwo important. First, the financing part of my experience was not good. I explained that I wanted to finance for 60 months. However, Jill had the paperwork ready for 84 months. We had to start over. Next, I had researched the various percentages that were out there and found that PNC was the lowest. That one was never checked. I insisted that I wanted to use PNC, so we had to start over yet again. Next, the amount of times I had to say No Thankyou to the offering of a warranty. Oh my goodness. At least five times I had to say no. It was pushed over and over to the point of being truly annoying. You really shouldn't do that. As for Damone, I thought we would work well together. However, when I arrived this past Monday to pick up my car, he was sidetracked with other customers. He waled me outside to my car, we got in and called OnStar, and then he just left me there. He said I could play around with things after I got home. When my family showed up to share in the excitement of me purchasing a new car, he didn't even acknowledge them. Now that may sound petty on my part, but it really damaged the experience. He was so eager to get to his other customers, I was dropped like a hot potato. I was very upset with the experience. Something that was supposed to be fun and exciting turned into a very frustrating time. I had to Google the set up on several features of the car and all other people to help me. Disappointing. More

Finance manager doesn’t adequately explain the process. Prints a folder and picks a bank and ask you to sign paperwork. The day we was there he was rushing to ge his daughter. After signing, I looked at my Prints a folder and picks a bank and ask you to sign paperwork. The day we was there he was rushing to ge his daughter. After signing, I looked at my paperwork and asked the sales people what this $590 charge was for. They didn’t know. Then said extended warranty well that was $2300 at the bottom. I get home and look again the $590 was a scratch and dent policy we never asked for and it’s no cancellable. Also I was not asked about gap insurance. I like my vehicle but transparency is definitely missing and the financing needs to be communicated and working with the customer more. In the office instead of preparing it and sign here. More
