Damian Strickland was such a pleasure to work with! I went in with one car in mind (the Rav4 which I wasn't super excited about) and after a couple hours with Damian... I had settled on something compl I went in with one car in mind (the Rav4 which I wasn't super excited about) and after a couple hours with Damian... I had settled on something completely different (and a MUCH BETTER match for my needs and wants), the Toyota Crown Signia Limited. Damian was super patient and really listened to me and paid attention to my very particular likes/dislikes and what I really wanted. He basically figured out which car was perfect for me! I'd never even heard of the Crown Signia, but it checked ALL my boxes, and I LOVED the color! They had to trade another dealership to get me the exact configuration I wanted. Damian did not pressure me at all. I wasn't planning to buy a car for another few months, so I did not have time in my schedule to do this in one day. After I selected the Crown Signia, I came back a couple days later for a test drive. Then I came back a few days after that to do the car deal. Damian was supportive and helpful through it all. The deal itself wasn't as smooth as the car selection experience with Damian, but that wasn't his fault. The deal took a long time (in fairness the dealership was busy... but not when I first arrived.) My deal took a lot longer than other people around me, and it really wasn't that complicated. Costco pricing and the trade-in price was agreed to very quickly. I'm not sure what the problem was, exactly. But none of that was Damian's responsibility. He was the very best part of the car buying experience at Royal Moore Toyota! If you're looking for a Toyota (and he even knew about the other brands Royal Moore has for comparisons/options)... do yourself a favor and go see Damian!! More

Working with Tatiana was extremely pleasant. Stereotype is that a male should know about cars. I do not know much about cars. Tatiana made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would strongly recommend Tatiana and Royal Moore. More
