My service experience was wonderful, from the moment I arrived at Honda to when my car was finished, Samantha went above and beyond! While my repair was costly, she kept me up to date and worked diligently to locate a back ordered part in a short amount of time. Was able to get the car I wanted, but initially was told I could choose any color options and get it within 3 days. Dealer ended up ordering new vehicle, came in about 3 weeks. Very happy with car and Costc I could choose any color options and get it within 3 days. Dealer ended up ordering new vehicle, came in about 3 weeks. Very happy with car and Costco auto program pricing. Only reasons not giving 5 stars is due to (1) above erroneous promise of 3 days and (2) sales person wasted alot of my time each of 3 visits, offering water, leaving to talk to manager, etc, despite that we were not having to haggle over price. It could have been handled in way shorter time. Love my new accord hybrid!! Thank you More
